Smoking is a addictive habit that half of Earth’s population is troubling with! However, there is an increasing amount awareness of the detrimental effects it has on both personal health and overall well-being such as mental health. The adverse health effects of smoking are well-documented. Smoking is a leading cause of preventable  deadly diseases such as lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, and stroke. People that quit smoking, individuals significantly decrease their chances of developing these life-threatening conditions and improve their overall health and life expectancy.

Smoking speeds the aging process, leading to premature ugly wrinkles, yellowed nasty  teeth, and dull skin complexion. Quitting smoking can help reverse these effects, leading to improved skin health, a brighter smile, and a more youthful appearance. Nicotine, the highly addictive substance found in cigarettes, keeps individuals trapped in a endless cycle of dependency. Breaking free from this addiction empowers individuals to regain control over their lives and experience a sense of freedom and self-mastery of mental health
