how to stay motivated

With everything in the world being disorganized it is hard to stay motivated and wanting to do things. I have a few things I do that could help you stay motivated to keep going.
- make your bed in the morning. this seems like a very simple thing but starting your day off by making your bed puts you in a productive mindset and helps you want to do more productive things.
- set time aside every day for you. whether its watching YouTube videos or just taking a nap, this will give you an incentive to doing the work you need to.
- GET OUTSIDE!! It is proven that getting time outside helps with your mental health so take 30 minutes to take a walk around the block.
- study groups. get people together that have the dame goals and work together to get work done. it will help you stay more focused if you have people pushing you.
- lastly, GET REST!! its very important to get enough sleep. if you don’t, your body will start to shut down, you wont be focused, and you will start to get sick.
The little things in life have the biggest impact.
