The March Madness Has Come to an End

The March Madness Has Come to an End

With the NCAA coming to a close this past Monday, the number one seed took over! The Kansas Jayhawks took the title of the 2022 NCAA Mens Basketball Champions! Lucky for me I had them winning the whole thing, only not against the Tarheels, but against Duke under the Coaching of Coach K himself!

The march madness has definitely grown over the years, more people are getting involved along with evolved in what March madness truly is for both women and men. The women’s championship was taken over for the South Carolina team against the infamous UConn!

It truly is amazing how many upsets there were in both men’s and womens basketball games this year! So many brackets were broken, so many hearts were broken, but there were also so many wins that equated to so many defeats.

It’s so hard not to be sad when your team loses, but you want to also be excited for the team moving forward because in the end everyone is putting their all into the game that they truly love. As a former athlete I feel 100% with those athletes feel for both their wins and losses. I will be excited to see the matchups for next year‘s March madness and who will take the title for both men and women’s NCAA championships!
